- Milk-The perfect ingredient to help thin the frosting while still giving it a bit of flavor.
- Cocoa Powder-For the perfect chocolate flavor and color.
- Powdered Sugar-Added to the glaze for sweetness and a smooth texture.
- Pecan Halves-A traditional flavor that also looks amazing on these No Bake Bites.
- Kosher Salt-Sea salt can also be used to help cut the sweetness of this no bake dessert.
How to make No Bake Texas Sheet Cake Bites
- Lay the bakery brownie bites onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Combine the butter, cocoa powder and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the mixture has melted. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar.
- Whisk the glaze until it is smooth and free from any lumps.
- Gather your pecan halves or whatever you would like to top the No Bake Texas Sheet Cake Bites with.
- Spoon chocolate glaze over brownie bites. Use a knife or spoon to move excess frosting and be sure that the top of each brownie bite is completely covered.
- Quickly press a pecan half into the top of each brownie bite before the chocolate glaze sets up.

What is Texas Sheet Cake?
A traditional Texas Sheet Cake is a moist thin chocolate cake baked in a jelly roll pan and covered in an amazing chocolate glaze. Most of the time it is made with buttermilk and has a pinch of cinnamon. A lot of times you can find pecans in the frosting as well.
This recipe is not exactly traditional but it is a take on classic Texas Sheet Cake.

How to store leftover Texas Sheet Cake Bites
Leftover No Bake Texas Sheet Cake Bites are best kept in an airtight container either at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Keeping them in the refrigerator will help them last a day or two longer. They also taste pretty great when they are chilled.
For best results, keep the Sheet Cake Bites in a single layer {after the frosting has set up} or place a piece of parchment {or wax} paper between layers to keep them from sticking to one another.

Easy No Bake Texas Sheet Cake Bites
Ingredients
- 24 brownie bites {from the bakery section of grocery store}
Chocolate Glaze
- ยฝ cup butter
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 2 ยฝ cups powdered sugar
- 24 pecan halves
