Frozen Fruit Daiquiri Recipe
Fresh Fruit is blended with simple syrup and ice to make a frozen daiquiri that is the perfect make ahead drink.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries {trimmed and cut in half}
- 1 ½ cups fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup simple syrup {I love this lime simple syrup}
- ½-¾ cup rum {optional}
- 1 ½ cups ice
Begin your frozen daiquiri by adding the prepped strawberries to a blender. Then add the fresh raspberries and blueberries over strawberries and top with the lime simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Once the mixture is smooth, add the vodka and ice. Blend until thick.
Drink your mixed fruit daiquiri immediately or freeze in mason jars for up to a month.
- Change up the kind of fruit you use. Peaches, mangos and bananas would all be delicious.
- Add a sugared rim to your glass before serving for an extra special touch.
