Frozen Fruit Daiquiri Recipe

Fresh Fruit is blended with simple syrup and ice to make a frozen daiquiri that is the perfect make ahead drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries {trimmed and cut in half}
  • 1 ½ cups fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup simple syrup {I love this lime simple syrup}
  • ½-¾ cup rum {optional}
  • 1 ½ cups ice

Instructions

  • Begin your frozen daiquiri by adding the prepped strawberries to a blender. Then add the fresh raspberries and blueberries over strawberries and top with the lime simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Once the mixture is smooth, add the vodka and ice. Blend until thick.
  • Drink your mixed fruit daiquiri immediately or freeze in mason jars for up to a month.

Notes

  • Change up the kind of fruit you use.  Peaches, mangos and bananas would all be delicious.
  • Add a sugared rim to your glass before serving for an extra special touch.
