How can I make Mother’s Day extra Special?

It doesn’t have to be time consuming or cost lots of money to make your mom feel special. Just taking the time to show them you care is enough.

Although, if you are looking for a way to make it extra special try having breakfast ready for mom. Add a simple bouquet of flowers and one of the recipes below. If you are looking for something savory, try this Ham Breakfast Casserole or Pigs in a Blanket Casserole.

You could also plan an easy lunch that includes dessert. Take it to your favorite park for a picnic and let mom enjoy some fresh air. These Chicken Parmesan Sliders are a great picnic option.

Gift Ideas Mom will Love

When it comes to mom, it can be hard to decide what to get her for a gift. As a mom of four who has had over 20 mother’s days, I say you keep it simple and she will love it.

Fill this adorable cookie jar with her favorite cookie. This Strawberry Crunch Cookie would be a tasty option.

If mom loves to read, this dreamy soft throw blanket would be so nice. Give her some quiet time and a Cranberry Bliss Mimosa for some relaxation.

Or maybe get one of these bed trays and serve her breakfast in bed. Add a heartfelt note, flowers from the yard and Blueberry Muffins for the ultimate way to start her day.

No matter what you choose, mom is going to feel special.
