Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package frozen tater tots

  • ½ cup prepared Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat add oil and ground chicken. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.  Then add the sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup and buffalo sauce to the ground meat and stir to coat.
  • Add the buffalo chicken mixture to a greased 9×13 baking pan and top with shredded cheese and a layer of tater tots.
  • Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes turn the oven to broil and finish baking for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the tater tots are crisp and browned.  {Be careful not to burn}  To serve, top with prepared ranch dressing and celery leaves.
