How to make Spooky Brownie Bats Bites with Store Bought Ingredients
Start with brownie bites that you find in the bakery section of your local supermarket. I actually used a brownie/pound cake combination.
Fill a piping bag or Ziploc bag with chocolate frosting and cut a medium sized triangle from the bag.
Make a swirl of frosting on top of each brownie bite. Start at the top of the bite and work up.
Every sweet little brownie bat bite needs to see and these adorable edible eyeballs are the perfect solution. Add two to the chocolate frosting swirl, near the top.
Then take the thin sandwich cookie halves and press them into the top of the swirl. Be sure to press down so that they will be held by the frosting.
Continue until all of the brownie bites are transformed into a colony of Spooky Brownie Bites.
These brownie bats bites are simple but also so much fun! Have the supplies laid out for a Halloween activity that both adults and kids would love to make and eat.
Combine them on a plate with these Halloween Brownie Bites for a festive bunch of spooky treats.
We will be making them in class next week for a fun and delicious treat that I know the kids will go crazy for.
