How to make Spooky Brownie Bats Bites with Store Bought Ingredients

Start with brownie bites that you find in the bakery section of your local supermarket.  I actually used a brownie/pound cake combination.

Fill a piping bag or Ziploc bag with chocolate frosting and cut a medium sized triangle from the bag.

Make a swirl of frosting on top of each brownie bite.  Start at the top of the bite and work up.

Every sweet little brownie bat bite needs to see and these adorable edible eyeballs are the perfect solution.  Add two to the chocolate frosting swirl, near the top.

Then take the thin sandwich cookie halves and press them into the top of the swirl.  Be sure to press down so that they will be held by the frosting.
