It is hard to believe that summer is over and September is here.  School, sports and fall chaos are in full swing.  I love every moment but as you know…I can sometimes struggle with getting a great dinner on the table.   To help, I turned to my blogging friends for recipes and inspiration and I compiled 10 Fall Comfort Casseroles.  Each casserole boasts unique flavors and is simple to make.  I hope you will love all of their blogs as much as I do.  I also hope that you will find lots of recipes to make your dinner time rush more manageable.

I can’t finish the list without one of my very own recipes.  My favorite casserole to serve my family on a busy night is Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole.  Everyone loves it and the leftovers are magnificent.
