Total Time30 minutes
Course: Dessert
Cuisine: American
Servings: 24 brownies

Ingredients

  • 24 Brownie Bites
  • 1 can chocolate frosting
  • 24 thin sandwich cookies like Oreo cookies, cut in half
  • 48 edible eyeballs

Instructions

  • Fill a piping bag {or Ziploc bag} with the tub of chocolate frosting and cut a medium-large hole in the corner of the bag.  On the top of brownies make a small swirl of frosting, starting at the brownie top. Add two halves of thin sandwich cookies in the middle of frosting swirl. You want the cookies to be close together. They can be touching but not overlapping.  Add 2 edible eyeballs. Continue until all of the brownie bats bites are complete.
