Giant Dipped Marshmallow Pops

Giant marshmallows on a sucker stick, dipped in chocolate and finished with colored melting wafers and sprinkles.  Perfect for a gift or a dessert table.

  • 20 giant marshmallows
  • 20 sucker sticks
  • 2 cups chocolate melting wafers or chocolate bark
  • 2 cups colored melting wafers
  • assorted sprinkles
  • 20 clear cellophane bags
  • ribbon
  • 20 cupcake liners


  1. Push a sucker stick into each marshmallow, 3/4 of the way through.  Melt chocolate melting wafers or chocolate bark in a small bowl, working in 30 second increments, until smooth and completely melted.  Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate about half way up the marshmallow and place on a parchment lined baking sheet to dry.  Once dry, melt the colored wafers in the microwave {in the same way as we did the chocolate} and using a spoon, apply lines of color over the chocolate on each marshmallow.  While the colored melts are still wet, add desired sprinkles and dry in a cup until completely set.  

  2. To finish, cut a hole in the middle of each cupcake liner and put sucker stick through hole, pulling liner cup to the bottom of each marshmallow.  Serve as is or package with a cellophane bag and ribbon.  Store in airtight container.
