Cuisine: American
Servings: 20 servings
- 20 large marshmallows {I used the square s'mores marshmallows}
- 10 ounces chocolate melting wafers
Toppings {optional}
- ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
- ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
Add the chocolate melting wafers to a microwave safe bowl. Melt chocolate by working in 30 second increments. Stir and continue to microwave until the chocolate is smooth and completely melted.
Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate about half way up the marshmallow and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. If you want to add a topping, do so quickly while the chocolate is still wet, that way the toppings will stick to the chocolate.
Allow the chocolate covered marshmallows to set up on the baking sheet and serve. To store leftovers, place the marshmallows in a good airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- You can also use melted chocolate chips or almond bark to dip the marshmallows into.
- Get creative with your toppings. Mini candies, chocolate chips, toffee bits, freeze dried fruit and other sweets would all be so much fun.
