3-Ingredient Golden Oreo Truffles {No Bake}

A Golden Oreo and cream cheese filling are covered in white chocolate and cookie crumbs...what could be better?!?

Ingredients

  • 1 package Golden Oreos
  • 4 ounces cream cheese {softened}
  • 6 squares white chocolate almond bark

Instructions

  • Add the Golden Oreos to the food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs.  Next, add the cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and continue to pulse in the food processor until the mixture comes together. Note: You can also mix the ingredients together with a spoon or your hands.
  • Use a small cookie scoop to scoop the filling into your hand and roll into smooth balls. Place the truffle balls onto a parchment or wax paper lined cookie sheet.  Freeze or refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  • While the truffles are chilling, place the white chocolate into a heat safe bowl and microwave until it is melted and smooth {using 15 second increments to ensure that it doesn't burn}.
  • Remove the truffles from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate using a fork.  Garnish with cookie crumbs before the chocolate sets up.  Let the truffles sit completely and enjoy!!  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • If you don't have a food processor then you can put the Oreos into a Ziploc bag and crush, using a rolling pin.
