French Toast in any form is breakfast magic but when you use Hawaiian Rolls it takes them to a whole new level. The iconic sweetness of the rolls paired with the cinnamon custard is perfect.

- Eggs-The starting point for any good custard.
- Heavy Cream-Adds a wonderful richness in both flavor and thickness of mixture.
- Milk-Using a combination of both milk and heavy cream.
- Vanilla Extract-Adding a bit of vanilla extract to the French Toast custard batter gives it amazing flavor.
- Cinnamon-All good French Toast recipes have just the right amount of cinnamon.
- Butter-For both cooking and adding to the top of the French Toast for serving.
How to make French Toast with Hawaiian Rolls
- Combine your eggs, milk, cream, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl/pan.
- Whisk until everything is well combined and a custard-like texture.
- Cut your Hawaiian Rolls in half and pull them apart into 12 rolls.
- Add 4-6 slices of Hawaiian roll to the egg mixture.
- Coat both sides thoroughly. NOTE: Make sure to dip the rolls in the egg mixture as you fry it so that your French Toast doesn’t get too soggy.
