- 32 oz. pkg. bagged hash browns {if defrosted adjust cooking time}
- 16 oz. ham {diced}
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1-10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese {or cheese of choice}
- 4 green onions {sliced}
Add hash browns to crock pot that has been fitted with a plastic liner. Top with diced ham, salt, black pepper and garlic salt.
In a bowl combine cream of mushroom soup and milk, whisk together. Pour over the top of the hash brown and ham mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese and stir to combine. Top with lid. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for about 4 hours.
Serve your crock pot potatoes and ham recipe warm with a sprinkling of sliced green onions.
