Sugar Cookie Kiss Cookies
Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies are rolled in sugar, baked to perfection and then a Sugar Cookie Hershey's Kiss is pressed into the top for a perfect finish.

- 1-15.25 oz. box chocolate fudge cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil {or melted butter}
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 24 Sugar Cookie Hershey's Kisses {unwrapped}
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil until fully combined and no lumps remain {I like to use a hand held mixer}.
Use a medium cookie scoop {or 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough} and scoop mound of dough. Roll each mound in sugar and place on a silicone mat {or parchment lined} cookie sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the cookies are set and start to crack. Be sure to not over bake them.
Take out of the oven and let cool for the about 5 minutes before you stick the Hershey's Kiss in the center.
Let the Hershey's Kiss set in the cookie before you move them or it will melt into the cookie and loose its shape.
