Easy Chocolate Covered Peanuts

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces chocolate melting wafers
  • 2 cups lightly salted peanuts
  • 1 Tablespoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paperor wax paper. Set aside.
  • Begin by adding the candy melts to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals {being sure to stir between each interval} until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.. Add peanuts and stir to completely coat and combine.
  • Use a small cookie scoop (1 1/2 tablespoons) to scoop mounds of the chocolate peanut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. If desired, top with a sprinkle of flake sea salt. Let sit completely on a baking sheet. Serve and enjoy!

Keep your chocolate covered peanuts in an airtight container at room temperature. They'll stay fresh for up to 1 week. If your home is warm, store them in the refrigerator to prevent the chocolate from melting.
