Oreo Cookie Crust
- 2 ¼ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- ⅓ cup butter {melted}
Ice Cream Pie
- 1 cup fudge sauce
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 ½ cups peanuts {lightly salted}
- 7.5 ounces Magic Topping
Set the vanilla ice cream out to soften. While it softens combine the Oreo cookie crumbs with the melted butter. Press it into a springform pan that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Spread half of the softened ice cream on the crust and smash flat. Pour the fudge over ice cream and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle with half of the peanuts in an even layer.
Scoop the remaining ice cream and press flat. Sprinkle with remaining half of the peanuts and drizzle with Magic Shell chocolate sauce. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Serve and enjoy.
