Course: Appetizer
Cuisine: American
Servings: 8
- 24 miniature croissants {cut in half}
- 24 slices turkey lunchmeat
- 8 slices bacon {cooked and cut in thirds}
- 6 slices cheese {cut into fourths}-I used Provolone
- 2 Roma tomatoes {sliced}
- 24 small pieces romaine lettuce
- mayonnaise
- mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place halved croissants onto a baking sheet and toast for about 3 minutes. Remove from oven and place cheese slices onto one side of each croissant and put back into the oven until melted.
To assemble sandwiches: On each toasted miniature croissant place a slice of turkey, piece of bacon, tomato and lettuce. Add mayonnaise and mustard {if desired} or serve on the side. I used a toothpick, inserted in the center to keep the sandwiches together. Serve & Enjoy!
- If you can't find miniature croissant than any small roll will work.
- To save time, purchase pre-cooked bacon.
