Ingredients

  • 1 pkg chocolate almond bark
  • 1 pkg Oreo Thins
  • 2 squares white chocolate almond bark
  • 1/2 cup peppermint pieces {chopped}

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper, set aside.
  • Put chocolate almond bark in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and stir. Continue to microwave and stir in 30 second increments until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour half of the melted almond bark onto the lined baking sheet. Spread it out into a thin and even layer.
  • Top chocolate almond bark with Oreo thins, leaving about 1/4" between each one and press down slightly. Pour the remaining chocolate almond bark over the top of the Oreo thins and spread out. Try to cover all areas of cookies.
  • In a small microwave safe bowl, add white chocolate almond bark. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue to microwave and stir in 30 second increments until the chocolate is completely melted. Using a spoon, drizzle the white chocolate almond bark all over the top of the chocolate and Oreo's.
  • Take 6 of the remaining Oreo Thin cookies and break them up. Spread them over the top of the drizzled white chocolate almond bark, pressing down slightly.
  • Take the peppermint pieces and spread them over the top of the drizzled white chocolate and oreo pieces, pressing down slightly. Let the bark set up for at least an hour.
  • Once the almond bark has completely solidified again, break it up into pieces {or cut it for a more unified look}. Store it in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
