Step 1:
Mix together cake mix with other brownie ingredients until combined. Add chocolate chips and stir in by hand.
Step 2:
Spread brownie batter into prepared 9x9 baking pan and top with additional chocolate chips.
Step 3:
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 23-28 minutes or until puffed and a toothpick comes out slightly covered in brownie. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan .
Step 4:
To cut pull on the parchment paper and remove the entire pan of brownies from the pan. Use a plastic knife to cut clean pieces since it is nonstick.
