Combine the cake ingredients and mix until you have a nice batter.
Combine the cinnamon swirl ingredients in a small bowl and mix until you have a crumb consistency.
Add half of the cake batter to a prepared bundt pan and top with half of the cinnamon swirl mixture.
Top with remaining cake batter and cinnamon swirl mixture. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the ingredients together.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Remove and allow cake to cool in pan for 15 minutes.
Invert cake onto a cake plate and allow the cake to cool completely.
While the cake is cooling, combine the frosting ingredients. Drizzle it over the top of the cooled cake and top with cinnamon sugar.
