Easy Crock Pot Stroganoff Meatloaf
Ground beef is mixed with simple ingredients and slow cooked in the crock pot with sliced onions and mushrooms all day before the addition of a delicious stroganoff sauce. Then served over egg noodles for the ultimate family dinner.

Meatloaf
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 pkt dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 eggs {whisked}
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 onion {thinly sliced}
- 8 oz. mushrooms {sliced}
Sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Serving
- 1 lb egg noodles {cooked}
Meatloaf
Combine ground beef, dry onion soup mix, panko bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together until everything is evenly incorporated. Move meat mixture to the crock pot {lined with a crock pot liner} and form into a log. Top meat mixture with thinly sliced onion and sliced mushrooms. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on high for 6-8 hours.
