Servings 32 pigs in a blanket

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 32 little smokie sausages

Egg Wash

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water

Everything Seasoning

  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced garlic
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Open can of refrigerated crescent rolls. Press two triangles together to make four rectangles. Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut 8 strips from each triangle, for a total of 32 strips.

  3. Wrap a strip around every little smokie sausage and place onto a silicone mat {or parchment} lined baking sheet. Place about 1 inch apart to allow for the crescent dough to rise.

  4. Combine the egg wash ingredients and whisk together. Set aside.

  5. Combine the "everything" seasoning ingredients and mix together. Brush the egg wash on the top of each crescent wrapped smokie and then sprinkle with "everything" seasoning mix.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until your everything pigs in a blanket are golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite dip. We like Barbecue Ranch {1/2 cup of prepared ranch dressing with 1/4 cup of our favorite barbecue sauce}. Leftovers can be refrigerated, in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
