Prep Time 1 hour 30 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 30 minutes
Servings 80 pieces

  • 8 burrito sized flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. cream cheese {softened}
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce {I used the kind with berries}
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 3 chives {chopped}-{divided}
  • 1.5 lbs turkey lunch meat {sliced}
  • 16 slices provolone cheese

  1. In a medium bowl combine your softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, garlic salt and 2 1/2 tablespoons of the chopped chives. Stir until everything is incorporated and you have a smooth mixture.

  2. Spread 1/8 of the cranberry mixture onto each of tortillas using an offset spatula or knife. Add 5-6 slices of turkey in a line on one side of the tortilla. Top turkey with 2 slices of provolone cheese.

  3. Starting on the side that you put the turkey and provolone, begin to roll tightly until you have a long wrap. Cover each tortilla wrap with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 3 days. {You can store them separately or place them all in a Ziploc bag to keep them in one place}.

  4. When you are ready to cut, remove them from the refrigerator and cut each wrap in half. Cutting from the middle, cut pinwheels to about 1/2-1" from the end. The end will not be wrapped tight enough, so eat it as a taste tester or keep for a snack later.

  5. Once your turkey pinwheels are cut into rounds, place them nicely onto a serving try. Sprinkle the remaining chopped chives over the top and serve.
