Red White and Blue Fruit Salad

Whether you serve it for a salad or dessert this combination of red, white and blue fruit is lightly coated in lime simple syrup for an extra special surprise.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries {quartered}
  • 1/2 small watermelon {cut into 1/2 inch cubes}
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes
  • 1/2 pint blueberries
  • 1 honey crisp apple {cut into stars}
  • 1/4 cup lime simple syrup

Instructions

  • Cut fruit accordingly and add to medium sized bowl. Top with lime simple syrup and toss to coat. Serve your red white and blue fruit salad immediately or refrigerate.

Notes

  • If you want to make a large fruit salad, then double or triple the recipe.
