Course: Main Course
Servings: 6 wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 lb hamburger {cooked and seasoned}
  • 6 tostada shells
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup lettuce {shredded}
  • 1/2 cup tomato {diced}
  • 1 cup cheese {shredded}
  • 6 burrito sized flour tortillas
  • 1 burrito sized flour tortilla {torn into 6ths}

Instructions

  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of nacho cheese sauce to the middle of a large burrito sized flour tortilla.  Spread out in the shape of a circle, using the tostada as a guide as to how far to spread it.  Add cooked and seasoned hamburger to the top of the nacho cheese, followed by the tostada shell.  Spread a tablespoon of sour cream on top of the tostada shell and then top sour cream with shredded lettuce and diced tomato.  Finally top with shredded cheese and piece of an additional flour tortilla.
  • Begin folding the edges of the flour tortilla around the filling, all of the way around.  Place the wrap, folded side down into a non-stick pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.  Cook over medium heat until the bottom is golden brown.  Then turn the wrap over and cook the other side until it is golden brown.  Serve warm.
