Mini Krispie Bundt Nests

Mini Rice Krispie Treat Bundts are topped with shredded green wafers and Mini Cadbury Eggs, the perfect little nest and so tasty.

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispie Cereal
  • 24 Mini Cadbury Eggs
  • Wilton Shredded Green Wafers
  • 1 cube white almond bark {melted}


Rice Krispie Mixture

  1. In a sauce pan, melt butter over medium-low heat.  Once melted, add 4 cups of marshmallows and stir until they are completely melted.  Remove from heat, add Rice Krispie Cereal and extra cup of marshmallows.  Stir until the Krispies are completely coated.  NOTE:  The marshmallows you add at the end won't completely melt.

Molding Bundts

  1. Spray each cavity of mini Bundt pan with non-stick spray.  Prep a small Ziploc bag by spraying one side of it with non-stick spray, it will act like a glove to help keep the mixture from sticking to your hand.  Divide Krispie mixture between the 12 bundt cavities and pack down.  Let the bundts set up for at least 15 minutes and then use a butter knife to pop them out of pan.

Making Nests

  1. Add shredded green wafer sprinkles to the top of each bundt.  You might have to press down slightly.  Melt one white almond bark cube in the microwave and use it as the glue to stick two mini Cadbury Eggs on top of each bundt.  Let them set up for a few minutes to allow for the bark to dry.  Store in an air tight container at room temperature for up to a week.
