Festive Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies are rolled in sugar and finished with a chocolate kiss.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil until fully combined and no lumps remain. I like to use a hand held mixer for this step but you can stir the ingredients together by hand.
Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop dough and roll into 1" balls. Then roll each cookie dough ball in sugar and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set.
Remove from the oven and let cool for the about 5 minutes before you stick the Hershey's Kiss in the center. Allow the cookies to cool until the Hershey's Kisses have set back up and then serve. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
