Mini Saucy Turkey Croissant Sliders

Mini Croissants filled with turkey, swiss and a cranberry cream cheese spread that is out of this world.

Ingredients

  • 24 miniature croissants
  • 1 pound sliced turkey
  • 8 slices swiss cheese {cut into thirds}
  • 4 oz. cream cheese {room temperature}
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce {jellied}
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. To make spread:  Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cranberry sauce and garlic salt in a bowl and mix until well combined.

  3. To assemble sandwiches:  Cut each mini croissant in half.  Spread a generous layer of cranberry cream cheese spread to one half of croissant.  Add 2 pieces of turkey {folded in half} and a third of a slice of cheese to each croissant and close sandwich.  Put sandwiches on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until croissants are toasted and the cheese has started to melt.  Serve warm.

Recipe Notes

*If you want to add lettuce then add after the sandwich is toasted.
