Quick Queso

Queso made with three cheese in less than 20 minutes.

  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese {shredded}
  • 8 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese {shredded}
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 10 oz. can Rotel {tomatoes and green chilies}
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin


  1. Combine all three cheeses and Rotel in a medium pot over low heat.  Stir and heat until the cheeses melt and you have a smooth consistency.  Add heavy cream and spices, stir and serve warm.

Recipe Notes

  •  You can make the dip and keep it warm in a crock pot if you want to serve it at a party.
