Red White and Blue Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

A cake mix is loaded with white chocolate chips and freeze dried blueberries and raspberries for the ultimate festive Red White and Blue Cookie.

Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix {15.25 oz}
  • cup butter {melted}
  • 2 eggs
  • cup white chocolate chips
  • cup freeze dried raspberries
  • cup freeze dried blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Combine vanilla cake mix, melted butter and eggs in a large bowl. Mix together with a hand held mixer {or by hand} until you have a thick and beautiful dough.

  3. Add white chocolate chips, freeze dried raspberries and freeze dried blueberries to the dough and mix it in carefully.

  4. Using a medium scoop, scoop mounds of dough onto a baking sheet that is covered with silicone {or parchment} mat. Bake for 9-11 minutes, being sure to not over bake them. Remove from oven and allow them to cool completely on the baking sheet. Store leftover cookies in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
