Club Sandwich Croissant Sliders

Everything you love about a Club Sandwich on a miniature croissant.

Ingredients

  • 24 miniature croissants {cut in half}
  • 24 slices turkey lunchmeat
  • 8 slices bacon {cooked and cut in thirds}
  • 6 slices cheese {cut into fourths}-I used Provolone
  • 2 Roma tomatoes {sliced}
  • 24 small pieces romaine lettuce
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place halved croissants onto a baking sheet and toast for about 3 minutes.  Remove from oven and place cheese slices onto one side of each croissant and put back into the oven until melted.

  2. To assemble sandwiches:  On each toasted miniature croissant place a slice of turkey, piece of bacon, tomato and lettuce.  Add mayonnaise and mustard {if desired} or serve on the side.  I used a toothpick, inserted in the center to keep the sandwiches together.  Serve & Enjoy!
