To make spread: Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cranberry sauce and garlic salt in a bowl and mix until well combined.
To assemble sandwiches: Cut each mini croissant in half. Spread a generous layer of cranberry cream cheese spread to one half of croissant. Add 2 pieces of turkey {folded in half} and a third of a slice of cheese to each croissant and close sandwich. Put sandwiches on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until croissants are toasted and the cheese has started to melt. Serve warm.
Notes
*If you want to add lettuce then add after the sandwich is toasted.
