- 24 brownie bites {from the bakery section of grocery store}
Chocolate Glaze
- ½ cup butter
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 24 pecan halves
Chocolate Glaze
Combine the butter, cocoa powder and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the mixture has melted. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
Spoon chocolate glaze over brownie bites. Use a knife or spoon to move excess frosting and be sure that the top of each brownie bite is completely covered. Quickly press a pecan half into the top of each brownie bite before the chocolate glaze sets up.
Let glaze set up for about 30 minutes and serve. Keep in an air tight container {in a single layer} at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
