Easy No Bake Texas Sheet Cake Bites

Use store bought brownie bites to create the ultimate No Bake Texas Sheet Cake Bites with only a few simple steps.

Ingredients

  • 24 brownie bites {from the bakery section of grocery store}

Chocolate Glaze

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 24 pecan halves

Instructions

  • Place the brownie bites onto a sheet pan in a single layer.

Chocolate Glaze

  • Combine the butter, cocoa powder and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the mixture has melted.  Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
  • Spoon chocolate glaze over brownie bites.  Use a knife or spoon to move excess frosting and be sure that the top of each brownie bite is completely covered. Quickly press a pecan half into the top of each brownie bite before the chocolate glaze sets up.
  • Let glaze set up for about 30 minutes and serve.  Keep in an air tight container {in a single layer} at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
