Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Combine brownie mix with eggs, flour and vegetable oil. Use a hand held mixer {or by hand} to combine the ingredients until you have a thick dough. Add in semi sweet chocolate chips. Stir in by hand until they are evenly distributed.
  • Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop mounds of dough onto a silicone mat {or parchment} lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are set, they will appear to be a little undercooked but that is alright.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Move to a cooling rack to cool completely. Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 4-5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

  • If you want larger cookies, use a 1/4 cup measuring cup as a scoop and bake for 13-15 minutes.
