Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine white cake mix and white chocolate pudding mix, then add eggs, milk, and vegetable oil, and mix until the batter is thick.
Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray, add the batter, and top it with white chocolate chips.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Once cooled, add cherries and whipped topping.
Garnish with white chocolate shavings and fresh cherries, if desired.
