Step 1:
Make your chocolate chip cookie dough using cold butter and being sure to not over mix. Add mini chocolate chips and heart sprinkles.
Step 2:
Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough onto a silicone {or parchment} lined baking sheet.
Step 3:
Add a few additional heart sprinkles to the top of each cookie dough mound.
Step 4:
Bake in a 410 degree oven for 9-11 minutes or until slightly golden brown and starting to set.
Step 5:
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before adding a heart shaped chocolate to the top of each cookie.
