Combine graham cracker crumbs, almond crumbs, brown sugar and butter. Stir until combined.
Add crust mixture to the bottom of a lightly greased springform pan and press into the bottom and slightly up sides.
Mix softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix. Finally, fold the whipped topping into mixture.
Spread mixture into the springform pan and on top of the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
To serve, remove the outer ring of the springform pan.
Top with cherry pie filling, more whipped topping and sliced almonds.
