Super Thick Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step 1:

Combine cold cubed butter with brown and granulated sugar in a stand mixer.  Mix for 4 minutes or until creamy.

Step 2:

Add eggs one at a time.  Then add all of the dry ingredients at one time being sure to not over mix.

Step 3:

Finally add chocolate chips and mix until evenly incorporated.

Step 4:

Divide the dough into 8 large rounds.  Bake in a 410 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.  

Step 5:

Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet.
