Strawberry Crunch Cookies

Step 1:

Combine crushed Golden Oreos, freeze dried strawberries and butter to create strawberry crunch topping.

Step 2:

Combine the strawberry cookie ingredients to create a thick dough.  Use a 1/4 measuring cup to measure out dough and form into discs.  Place on a silicone mat covered baking sheet. 

Step 3:

Bake cookies in a 350 degree oven for 11-13 minutes.  Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool completely on baking sheet.

Step 4:

While the cookies are cooling mix together the cream cheese frosting ingredients.  Spread or pipe on top of each cookie.

Step 5:

Top with strawberry crunch mixture.  Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days.
