Pecan Upside  Down Cake

Easy & Delicious cake for Fall

Want a cake that has familiar flavors but is taken to the next level?  This Pecan Upside Down Bundt Cake Recipe is just that!

Combine melted butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.  Whisk until brown sugar is dissolved.  Pour into a prepared Bundt pan.

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, water and sour cream in a medium bowl.  Mix until everything is incorporated.  Pour over the pecan mixture.

Bake cake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes run a knife around the edges of the cake and invert onto a cake plate.

Once the cake is completely cool, cut and serve for the perfect fall dessert!
