This No Bake Lemon Cheesecake recipe with just 5 ingredients. The refreshing flavor of lemon combined with the sweetness of cheesecake creates a delightful balance.

Mix sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth. Blend in Cool Whip gently. 



Remove plastic from the pre-made graham cracker crust and pour filling into crust.

Spread mixture evenly into crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip and a lemon wedge.



Incorporate lemon juice and zest evenly, being cautious not to overmix.
