NO BAKE CARAMEL APPLE CHEESECAKE

Key Ingredients

– Shortbread cookies – Sweetened Condensed Milk – Cream cheese – Apple – Cinnamon

Two of your favorite desserts {apple pie and cheesecake} are combined to create the ultimate No Bake Caramel Apple Cheesecake that is perfect for Fall!

Press this mixture into a springform pan, both on the bottom and slightly up the sides. Chill the crust in the refrigerator until the filling is prepared.

Finely pulse cookies in a food processor or crush in a Ziploc bag. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter in a bowl.

For the No Bake Cheesecake Filling, blend cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until creamy using a hand or stand mixer.    Fold in whipped topping until combined. Spread this filling evenly over the crust in a springform pan.

Make the Apple Pie Topping by cooking diced apples, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and ground cloves in a saucepan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until tender. Remove from heat.

To assemble the cheesecake, remove it from the refrigerator, detach the outer ring, and transfer it to a serving tray. 

Add caramel topping on top and optionally sprinkle with kosher salt. Position the apple topping around the edges of the cheesecake. Serve and enjoy.
