Combine lemon cake ingredients in a large bowl and mix until you have a thick batter.
Fill mini bundt pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray 2/3 full.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs.
Allow the cakes to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edges to loosen cakes and remove from pan.
Once cakes are totally cooled, combine glaze ingredients and whisk. Spoon over cakes.
