Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes

Step 1:

Combine chocolate cake ingredients and mix using a hand held mixer {or by hand}, until you have a thick batter.

Step 2:

Fill mini bundt pans that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray 2/3 full of cake batter.

Step 3:

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with only a few crumbs.

Step 4:

Allow cakes to cool in pan for 10 minutes, invert to cooling rack.  Once cool, top with chocolate ganache.

Step 5:

Finish with a few mini chocolate chips or your favorite topping.
