Easy Pumpkin Hand Pies


Step 1:

Enroll each of the pie crusts and cut 8 round circles from each one.

Step 2:

Combine the pumpkin filling ingredients and whisk until everything is incorporated.

Step 3:

Add 2 tablespoons of pumpkin filling to half of the pie crust rounds.

Step 4:

Use your fingers to make the remaining pie crust rounds a bit larger.  Place on top of the filling and use the tines of a fork to crimp the edges together. Then cut a small X in the center.

Step 5:

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-18 minutes or until the pies are starting to turn golden brown.

Step 6:

Combine the glaze ingredients and brush it onto the pies after they have been cooled for 5 minutes.

Step 7:

Allow the glaze to set before serving.
