Chop the cooked bacon and slice 8 slices of cheese.
Unfold and cut both sheets of puff pastry into 4 squares. Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
Top the middle of each square with bacon and a slice of cheese.
Fold each square in half over the bacon and cheese filling.
use the tines of a fork to crimp around the edge of each turnover.
Place onto a baking sheet, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with additional garlic, black pepper and some parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 18-20 minutes or until the turnovers are golden brown and baked through.
