Boston Cream Pie Bundt Cake

Key Ingredients

– Yellow Cake Mix – Butter – Eggs – Vanilla Pudding Mix – Milk – Milk Chocolate Chips – Heavy Cream

This Easy Boston Cream Pie Poke Cake is especially awesome because it is filled with pools of pudding.

Pour the cake batter into a prepared Bundt pan, spreading it evenly and bake.



To make the Yellow Cake, mix together cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and water in a medium bowl using a hand-held mixer until thoroughly combined. 

Whisk until the pudding mix is dissolved but the pudding isn't fully set. Quickly pour this pudding mixture over the cake, filling all the holes while it's still pourable.



To make the pudding layer, combine the pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl. 

Pour the milk chocolate ganache over the top of the cake, ensuring it covers the top and drizzles over the sides of the Bundt cake.



To prepare the Milk Chocolate Ganache, combine milk chocolate chips and heavy cream in a small bowl and microwave until melted.
