Cake Mix Vanilla Pudding Mix Milk Sour Cream Butter Blueberries

Whether you have fresh blueberries in the fridge or want to try frozen berries, this easy and moist Blueberry Bundt Cake is the only recipe you need.  It starts with a cake mix which makes it super easy and ends with a two ingredient simple glaze!

Blend with an electric mixer or by hand until a thick batter forms.

Mix butter yellow cake mix (reserve 1 tbsp), vanilla pudding mix, milk, eggs, sour cream, and melted butter in a bowl.

Coat blueberries with reserved cake mix in a small bowl. Gently fold coated blueberries into the cake batter until evenly distributed.

Bake  the bundt cake. Let cool in the pan on a rack for 10 minutes, then invert onto a cake plate and cool completely.

Generously spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. 

Adjust thickness with more sugar or milk. Serve and store covered at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

After the cake cools, create the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and milk in a bowl until it's thin enough to drizzle.
