Black Bottom Bundt Cake

Moist chocolate cake is baked in a Bundt pan with a ring of cheesecake that is loaded with mini chocolate chips & drizzled with chocolate frosting.

Spray and flour a Bundt pan to be sure that the cake will release. NOTE: you can use cocoa powder in place of flour if prefered.

Pour 3/4 of the chocolate cake batter into your prepared Bundt Pan in an even layer.

Combine cheesecake ingredients in a bowl with a hand held mixer.  Add mini chocolate chips and stir in by hand.

Add the cheesecake mixture to the middle of the cake batter making sure to keep it from the edges of the pan.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until baked through.  Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto serving plate.
