Combine the baklava topping ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine.
Add the topping to the bottom of a prepared bundt pan and spread into an even layer.
Combine the cake batter ingredients and pour it in an even layer over the top of the baklava topping.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cake plate and drizzling with the honey glaze.
