2. A Winter Salad Your Whole Family Will Love

I had never really thought of a salad being a comfort food until THIS arugula salad.  With butternut squash, pomegranate seeds, farro and Parmesan cheese…this salad is full of amazing flavor.

Make it over your long weekend for lunch or dinner.  Add a little chicken {or leftover turkey} and it can be a meal all on it’s own.

3. Korean Pork Street Tacos

The crock pot is a great way to make a meal during a weekend when you want to lay low.  These pork tacos are my families all time favorite recipe and so I totally recommend it for yours.

Cooked in the crock pot all day and then topped with a few sides, these tacos are a super awesome spin an a typical taco.

The simple cabbage slaw takes them over the top and leftovers are just as good the next day.
